The following Cura-developed clinical programs are offered to make life easier so your medical staff can focus on their job, while we focus on ours:

 

Enriched Foods SM is a supplement-free program that helps individuals with decreased appetites who must consume the necessary calories and nutrients to maintain weight and cognitive ability. Our chefs create fresh, delicious and wholesome meals your patients enjoy most, enhanced with only natural ingredients that maintain flavors, while increasing their nutritional value in calories, protein and calcium.

 

Puree Creations SM meets the challenge of adequately nourishing your patients with dysphagia. That’s because Puree Creations are real foods, freshly prepared and attractively structured with the touch of a master chef. Once a diagnosis of dysphagia is made, our clinicians will work closely with medical staff to assure the patient has the appropriate textures needed for safe swallowing. Your patients will never be restricted again and, more importantly, will receive enough calories and fluids to nourish their bodies to good health.

 

So Quenching ensures adequate hydration of at-risk patients by offering a different hydrated snack daily. Our dietitians will work with nursing to offer more than just water, basic juices, milk and coffee. We operate outside the norm to offer exciting beverages and hydrated snacks like pineapple and peach frozen yogurts or flavored popsicles to create more interest in drinking.
