Eat’n Park Hospitality Group Makes Training Magazine’s
“Top 125” List

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, one of the top providers in on-site and restaurant dining, was recently chosen to Training Magazine’s “Top 125” list of outstanding international training organizations.

Of the hundreds of applicants submitted, Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s onsite brands, Cura Hospitality and Parkhurst Dining Services, ranked 11th among all food and hospitality companies.

According to Cura Hospitality President Mitch Possinger, “Cura’s Colleges, the hallmark of our company’s training, advance culinary talent, perfect gracious hospitality and strengthen people skills. This investment in our people helps us to recruit and retain talented individuals who contribute to high client and guest satisfaction survey results – significantly higher than the hospitality industry average.”

For the seventh year in a row, Training tackled the task of ranking the top companies of employer-sponsored workforce training and development.  Each “Top 125” company was measured on quantitative (75 percent to total score) and qualitative (25 percent to total score) data.  An outside research and statistical data company, under the guidance of Training magazine, scored companies on this data supplied by applicants

Factors that influenced the rankings include: Training tied to business; Number of trainers; Employee turnover and retention; Leadership development; Tuition assistance; Corporate university; Certification; Dollars spent on training; Percentage of payroll; and, much, much more.
