CURA HOSPITALITY ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS TO SUPPORT CONTINUED GROWTH; BENEFITS CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES
OREFIELD, PA, January 29, 2007— To support its continued growth, Cura Hospitality, a highly responsive and innovative dining services and hospitality provider that Enhances Life Around Great Food for senior living communities and community hospitals, announced the appointments of Larry Abrams and Douglas Schreiber to regional directors of operations.

An executive chef by profession, Abrams was a chef at the Striped Bass Restaurant of Philadelphia, Pa, and food and beverage director/executive chef at The Abington Fitness and Country Club of Jenkintown, Pa. He later served in support operations roles for several independent, assisted living and skilled nursing communities throughout the east and west coasts. Most recently, Abrams served as district manager with Parkhurst Dining Services of Pittsburgh, PA.
In his new position, Abrams will oversee operations for Cura locations throughout Eastern PA. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University of Rhode Island with a degree in occupational science and culinary arts, Abrams resides in Chester Springs, Pa.
A veteran of the healthcare food service industry, Schreiber served as general manager and director of dining services for several high profile active adult facilities and community hospitals throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. In these roles, Schrieber was able to maintain high customer satisfaction and zero-free deficiencies.
Schrieber will support Cura locations throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and Eastern OH. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in business management, Schrieber resides in Boardman, OH.
