Mitch Possinger, president of Cura, says that the CCC is extremely beneficial to resident, patient and guest satisfaction. “We impress upon our students that it’s just as important to nourish the souls and spirits of our residents and patients by preparing and presenting food the way they remember, a LivingLife Philosophy that Cura weaves through every dining program it creates. This helps them to feel more at home as well as helps to advance their overall well-being,” adds Possinger.

Ceremonial highlights include remarks from Cura executives and industry leaders who will address the importance of continuing education and enhancing life around great food.
